Ticket Bundles
Ticket Bundles are a simple but powerful way to increase basket value and drive more engagement across your Instant Win competitions.
Instead of giving away a physical prize or cash prize, you can award entries into another competition.
How To Set Up Ticket Bundles:
Create your Instant Win as normal (If you need help with this, check our Instant Win setup guide)
Add the Instant Win to a competition
When selecting the Prize Type, you’ll now see a new option:
“Tickets”
Select Tickets
Choose:
The competition you want to allocate entries to
The number of tickets the winner will receive
What Happens When a Player Wins From Their Instant Win Ticket Bundle?
When a Ticket Bundle prize is won:
An order is automatically created
The customer receives an additional order confirmation email
If any further Instant Wins are triggered from those allocated tickets, the customer will also receive the relevant Instant Win prize email
Everything runs automatically in the background, no extra work required.
What If Tickets Aren’t Available?
There are two protection mechanisms built in if:
The target competition has sold out or closed or no longer exists
The customer has already reached the maximum ticket limit per customer
They will automatically be issued site credit equal to the standard entry price for that competition.
That’s it! You’re ready to offer your customers ticket bundles.
