Can Customers Set Limits On Their Spending?

It’s not all fun and games when it comes to competition businesses. Sometimes, users need responsibility settings in place to protect their spending habits, and you want to keep your customers safe, so they stay happy and loyal to you. 

Hell yeah, they can! This is what the process looks like from their end, so you can explain it to those who wanna know:

1. On the front end of your site, they’ll need to login

2.Then they’ll navigate to ‘Account Settings’

3.Then they’ll be offered the heading ‘Responsible Gaming’

4. Once they click on that, they’ll be presented with some options: 

• To set spending limits (using the slider, or by typing an amount in, and then selecting the limit length)

• To lock their account for a brief period of time, so that no payments can be taken (just select a box)

• To delete their account (more on this in a sec!)
