Where to View Customers Restrictions and Lockout Data?

If you want to view a list of users who’ve added restrictions and lockouts to their account, this is what you’re going to do...

1. Login to the back end of your website and look at the grey sidebar

2. Find ‘Competitions’ in the left-hand sidebar

3. Click it, and then look for the subheading ‘Limits & Lockouts’

4. Click on that 

5. You’ll see a big list of people who’ve set limit controls and lockouts

6. You can navigate between ‘Limits’ and ‘Lockouts’ via the tabs at the top of the page

1. Go to the back end of your site

2. Scroll to ‘Users’ on the left-hand sidebar and click on it

3.You’ll be able to look at users’ accounts

4.Click on a user and scroll down until you find ‘Responsibility Controls’

5. If the customer has set a spend limit or account lock, you’ll see it here

6. You can use this page to override the account lock if a customer has been in contact to say they made a mistake

NOTE: Use your judgement to see if you think it’s safe to override the account lock, for this particular customer.
