How Do I Change How My PDF Entry List Looks?

Ever wanted to change the logo or colour in your PDF Entry List, but didn’t know how? No worries. We’ve got you covered. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Click on ‘WooCommerce’ on the left side of your dashboard on the back-end of your site

  2. Click on ‘Settings’

  3. Navigate to ‘Zap Competitions’

  4. Scroll down until you find ‘PDF Settings,’ then click on it

You’ll notice that the PDFs are set to ‘Auto-publish.’  This means that when you create your PDFs, they’ll automatically publish onto your site. If you’re not a fan of this, you can change it so that after publishing, they go into your drafts. This will make you responsible for publishing them on your site when you’re ready. 

You can make other changes in the PDF Settings, too. These include:

  • Adjusting the ‘Page Orientation’ from landscape to portrait

  • Limiting ‘PDF access’ to participants only (this means only people who’ve purchased tickets for that competition will be able to download the PDFs)

  • Changing the ‘Name Format’ — so, how your entrants’ names will be displayed in the PDF (e.g. John S., J. Smith, or John Smith)
