What to Do if My Auto Draw Hasn’t Been Drawn?

Realising that an auto draw hasn’t actually taken place can give you a bit of a sinking feeling, but don’t worry. There’s a way out of this.  On the right-hand side of your dashboard, a button will appear that will allow you to manually push the draw through. On the right, you’ll also be able to see the status of your auto draw. For example, in the screenshot below, the status tells you that the competition hasn’t been drawn yet.

If the competition has been drawn, then you’ll be able to see the winner in this section. We can also arrange it so you receive email notifications when a winner has been drawn. The winner will also receive an automatic email to tell them that they’ve won.
