How Do I Change My Winner Settings?

Winners are a big part of a competition business. It's a sign of a thriving set of competitions, and a way for you to show off about all the great prizes you're giving out. But, to do that, you want your winners to have the best experience possible. Here's what to do in the back end of your site to change how it looks for your winners.

1. Log in to WordPress

2. Look at the grey sidebar, and locate ‘Zap’

3. Click ‘Zap’, and then ‘Winner Settings’ below it:

4.You’ll be offered options on how winners’ settings are displayed:

In this image, it’s toggled to only automatically show winners on the site who have an image uploaded. That’s so your site isn’t overwhelmed by lots of random pictures of a £1, for example.

It means that, if you want to publish a winner’s image, and they don’t have one uploaded already, you’ll have to do it manually Toggle this to ‘No’ to automate all images

5. You can also change whether you’d like winners posts to publish automatically or sent to drafts. If you set it to ‘Draft’, you’ll have to manually go into these settings every time you want to post them, and update the status of the post
