PDF Entry List Plugin

You can use our PDF Entry List plugin to generate a PDF and display it on the front end of your website.

Configuring the Plugin

You can access the plugin settings by going to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Zap Competitions > PDF Settings.

Name Format	Allows you to set how names are displayed on the PDF (we suggest against listing full names to help maintain user privacy).
Header/Footer Background	Set the background colour of the header and footer bars.
Header/Footer Text	Set the font colour for the header and footer bars.
Table Background	Set the table header row background colour.
Table Text	Set the table header font colour.
Table Stripes	Set the background colour for every other row.
Facebook URL	Insert your Facebook Page URL and a link will be added to the footer that takes customers straight to your page.
PDF Logo	Upload a logo for use in the header.

Please note, if you change the PDF settings you must then update any previously generated PDFs.

Generating a PDF

To generate a PDF and Entry List post, go to the competition results page for the competition you want to publish the list for ( Dashboard > Competitions > Results):

Scroll down to the PDF Entry List section:

Click the Create PDF button to generate a new PDF and Entry List post. The page will reload and the PDF Entry List section will show a link to the PDF and the Entry List post:

The Entry List post will initially be created as a draft. C lick the 'Edit' link to open the Entry List post in a new tab:

Check the PDF for any issues. If you are happy with the results, click Publish and t he Entry List will be displayed on the front-end.

Please note, the PDF will contain all tickets, including those with incorrect answers, so do not use the PDF for your live draw.

Regenerating the PDF

If you make changes to the competition results (such as deleting tickets) then you can return to the competition Results page and click the "Update PDF" button on the PDF Entry List section to regenerate the PDF.
