How to Change the Progressive Jackpot ‘Help’ Button

Head to the back-end of your website.

1. On your site's back-end dashboard, navigate to the left to the sidebar

2. Locate ‘Zap’, click on it, then click ‘General’

3. Head to ‘Settings’

4. Under ‘Settings’, toggle on the ‘Progressive Jackpot’ tab to enable it

5. Save your changes by clicking ‘Update’ at the top of the page

6.  Once you’ve saved your changes, a tab at the top, next to ‘Settings,’ will appear: ‘Progressive Jackpot.’ Click on this.

Here, you'll find a number of Progressive Jackpot settings which control how Jackpots are displayed on the site:

1. Enable Progressive Jackpot. Enables or disables the Progressive Jackpot feature.

2. Enable Navbar Widget. Enables or disables the navbar widget, which is shown next to the cart and basket icons.

3. Select Jackpot for Navbar Widget. Select which Jackpot total to show on the navbar widget.

4. Select Jackpot for Homepage Section. Select which Jackpot total to show on the homepage section.

5. Enable Checkout Notice. Enables or disables the checkout notice.

6. Allowed Gateways. Select which payment gateways should add contributions to Jackpots.

7. Allow Contributions From Cashier. Enables contributions from Zap Cashier wallets.

8. Help button text. Text to show on the help button shown on the homepage section, and checkout notice.

9. Help button link. Link used on the help button shown on the homepage section, and checkout notice.

In this article, we'll be focusing on editing the 'Help' button. To make any changes to the ‘Help’ button, which displays as a question mark, scroll further down. You can change the text in the ‘Help Button Text’ setting.’ You can also change the text by typing in the ‘Homepage Popup Button Text’ setting. For example, some businesses use Progressive Jackpot as a charity-building feature. If they’d like to display which charity they’re donating to, they can specify so in the ‘Homepage Popup Button Text’ box. 

Once that’s done, click ‘Update.’ A ‘Progressive Jackpot’ tab will appear in the left sidebar. This is where you can create and configure a new jackpot.
