Why is My Popup Not Showing?

 

There are a few reasons why your popup isn’t showing:

  1. You don’t have any media attached to it

  2. For an Abandoned Cart Popup, the drop-down for ‘Select a Product’ is set to ‘disabled’ (which it is, by default, so you need to change it)

  3. The ‘Time Limit’ isn’t set-up. Add how often you want your popup to appear; we recommend it to be set at 0, but it’s up to you
