How To Mark an Instant Win as Paid or Unpaid

Managing your Instant Wins? Here's how to tell the back end of your site that you've paid your dues.

1. Navigate to WordPress

2. Log in

3. In the left sidebar, there’s a bit that says ‘Competitions.’ If you hover over that and click on ‘instant wins’, that’s where we’re going to start

4. You’ll see a list of all the Instant Wins that have come through

5. Note the three tabs at the top: unpaid, paid, and points/credit:

If you want to move an Instant Win from ‘Unpaid’ to ‘Paid’, you need to be in the ‘Unpaid’ section.  6. Simply hover over the Instant Win you want to mark. 7. A little, blue ‘Mark as paid’ option will appear.

8. Click on the ‘Mark as paid’ option. It will move it across to the ‘Paid’ tab.  Simple as that!
