Bulk Discounts Aren’t Appearing—What Should I Do?

If you want to treat your customers to a bulk discount, it’s a really simple process.  Here we go! First, you’ll need to find ‘Bulk Discounts’ in the grey sidebar, at the back end of your site.

If you can’t see ‘Bulk Discounts’ in your sidebar, this is what you need to do: 

1. Scroll up in the sidebar, to ‘Zap’

2.Hover over it, until the pop-out appears, and then select ‘Zap Cashier Settings’

3. Under ‘Zap Cashier Settings’, you’ll find a tab called ‘Bulk Discounts’

4. Toggle all of the options to ‘Yes’ 

5. You also have the option to choose whether you want to show customers how much they’ve saved with the discount.

If you want a banner to appear when they apply the discount, toggle that to ‘Yes’, too

6. Scroll up and click ‘Update’ in the right hand corner of the screen
