How to Create a PDF Entry List

Want to provide a little more transparency to your players?  Cool!  We recommend creating PDF Entry Lists. These allow your players to see that their tickets have been included in a competition. 

1. Head to the back-end of your site. On the left-hand side, click ‘Competitions,’ followed by  ‘All Competitions’

2. Select a Competition

3. Clicking into the Competition, you’ll notice a list of all the tickets that have been purchased in the ‘Results’ section

4. In the ‘Results’ section, scroll down to ‘PDF Entry List’

5. Select your ‘Correct Answer’ — this depends on you. Do you want to include all bought tickets (so, all answers) or do you want to include tickets only with the correct answer?

6. Once you’ve made your choice, click ‘Create PDF’

7. When the PDF has been created, scroll back down to see the ‘Published’ post status. This means the PDF is now visible on your site

8. Head to the front-end of your website. Click on your ‘Entry Lists’ page to view the entry list you have just created. You’ll notice it’s branded, with all the tickets and usernames next to them
