How do I search for a Ticket Number?

Want to find a specific ticket in the big list of tickets that have been purchased? Look no further.

1. Log in to the back end of your site 2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar 3. Hover over ‘Competitions’, and click on ‘All Competitions’

4. You'll see a list of all the competitions that have been created

5. Click on the competition you want to view. Now, you’ll be able to see a list of all the tickets that have been purchased. You'll also see three tabs:

Click on 'Results' 6. At the top of the tab, there's a search bar.

7. Type in the ticket number of the result your want to find. It will filter out all the numbers that are not typed in, leaving you with the one you want. 8. All you have to do is check that the one it pulls up is, in fact, the same as the one you were looking for. By which we mean - make sure it's pulled up the ticket number, and not found a match in the User ID column instead.
