I’ve Made a Mistake - How Do I Edit My Prizes?

No worries if you’ve made a mistake! You can edit your Instant Wins as much as you want before publishing the competition. All you need to do is click the ‘Edit’ button next to the prize on the list.  You’ll be able to change the ticket number, prize name, description, all that jazz.  In the back-end of your site, navigate to the panel on the left-hand side.

1. Click on ‘Products,’ then ‘All Products’

2. Select your Competition

3. Scroll down to ‘Product Data’, click on ‘Instant Wins’

4. Click ‘Add Prize’

5. Edit your Instant Win competition

If you have Multiple Prizes, you’ll need to edit them all individually, so take care! Once your competition is live, you can’t: 

• Reduce the ticket number 

• Edit the Instant Wins

• Delete the Instant Wins

The game is already on, people are winning, and prizes are being allocated to players, so this wouldn’t be fair, or legal. It’s best to stick to GDPR and advertising standards.  Double-check everything before publishing your Instant Wins competition to make sure you’re 100% happy with it.
