Will My Customers Receive Their Prizes Automatically?

Yup! If you’ve set up an Instant Wins competition to have site credit or a cash prize (that is, if you’ve gone down the TrueLayer route), then the customer will receive that automatically. You won’t have to manually assign the prize to the player, unless you have, by accident, set the ‘Prize Type’ as ‘Prize.’  If it’s a physical prize that your player has won, it’ll take some time to reach them; it won’t be automatic.
