Troubleshooting: Draw Results Page is Missing Some Results

⚡️Why Are Some Results Missing?

If there are results missing from your draw results page, this is an indication of data retrieval issues, or display issues. 

But, obviously, they’ll affect your user experience. 

Here’s a common reason for the problem:

⚡️Check If Your Winner Posts Are Set to ‘Draft’

  1. Head into the back-end of your site

  2. Look at the grey sidebar

  3. Locate ‘WooCommerce’, hover over it, and click ‘Settings’:

  1. Some tabs will come up at the top of the screen. Look for ‘Zap Competitions’

  1. After you’ve navigated to ‘Zap Competitions’ settings (as above), click the link that says, ‘Instant Wins’ 

  2. Scroll down to the ‘Winner Post Settings’ section

  1. Here, you can change whether the Winner Post is automatically published, or whether it goes to drafts. If it’s a draft, you have to manually upload it

Well, the good news is, we’ve ruled out the ‘draft post’ issue. That’s all part of troubleshooting.
